Interior & Finishing Works
TRH Construction & Trading delivers interior and exterior finishing work at scale, bringing buildings from structural completion to a finished, ready-to-use state. This category is represented by one completed project, executed across four distinct finish types on a single site.
The work includes supply, fabrication, installation and fixing of aluminum components for commercial, institutional, residential and other building projects.
Our finishing capability is demonstrated through the Negelle Borena Boarding School project, where we delivered a combined finishing package spanning quartz work across 9,066 m², gypsum work across 33,336 m², painting across 30,100 m², and chip wood painting across 4,918 m². Executed together on a single contract, this project reflects TRH's ability to manage large-area finishing work across multiple materials and techniques within one coordinated scope — taking a building from structural completion through to a fully finished, occupancy-ready state.

Installation
Fabricated aluminum windows, doors, curtain walls, partitions and related works are installed.
Completion
The installed works are completed as part of the assigned project scope.
