Building Construction & Renovation
We take on construction and renovation works across a range of building types — from hospitality renovation to residential and institutional buildings — managing the work from structural changes through to finishing touches.
The work includes supply, fabrication, installation and fixing of aluminum components for commercial, institutional, residential and other building projects.
Our building construction and renovation portfolio reflects the breadth of TRH's capability beyond specialized glazing and metalwork. At Ambo Ethiopia Hotel, we carried out construction and renovation work that combined aluminum installation with painting and shower box fitting, taking the property through both structural and finishing-stage improvements. In Addis Ababa, we constructed the kitchen and laundry building (B+G+1) for a palace property, delivering ground-up building construction for a functional service block. At Borecha, we completed a standalone construction project, adding to our track record of ground-up building delivery outside the capital.
